Terms and conditions

SERVICE – TOURS:

All our tours are subject to availability, reservations must be made in advance.

Some tours may not be available depending on season and public and local holidays, please contact us for availability.

Some tours feature lunch in the itinerary. While reservations are being taken care of, lunches are not included in the tour prices and are to be paid directly to the restaurant. 

The tours are for groups of 2 to 6 people. They operate on a private basis, your group has an exclusive use of the vehicule/driver/guide.

A minimum of 2 people in the group is required for departure.

This is a “door to door” service: Pickup/dropoff is from your hotel or residence or any point you wish to be picked up in and around Bastia, St Florent, Cap Corse, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, Calvi and Ile Rousse (depending on the tour you are doing). 

All participants must be at least 18-years old to be able to taste wines during wine tours.

Tour itineraries are available on each tour’s page. Content may change according to availabilities and special circumstances. in case of change of itinerary an alternate one will always be offered to guests.

For bespoke/custom made tours, pickups, dropoffs and itineraries are according to what has been agreed with the client during exchanges.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS

Rates in euros are per group traveling together in the vehicle, include VAT and are valid until dec. 31, 2025.

Payment can be made by either cash in euros, by credit card (CB, Visa and MasterCard, American Express) or by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Of course, it is possible to split payments among members of the group.

Should you want to pay your service in advance, a formal invoice will be issued with a secured link to pay by credit card.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR PROFESSIONALS

Rates in euros are per group traveling together in the vehicle, include VAT and are valid until dec. 31, 2025.

A quote will be issued and upon acceptance, a formal invoice will be provided.

Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of an advance payment, cancellation policies may be applied as follows:

Cancellation by the Client:

95% Refund: refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of service. We just charge 5% to cover the bank and refund fees.

No Refund: We are unable to give refunds for reservations that are cancelled less than 1 week prior to the date of service or in case of no-show.

Cancellation by Corsica Wine Tours:

100% Refund will be given when service is cancelled by Corsica Wine Tours.

Any other cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your/our control (force majeure) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

INSURANCE

Corsica Wine Tours has an insurance covering transportation and liability responsibility. Corsica Wine Tours will take no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

RESPONSIBILITY

Corsica Wine Tours cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (poor traffic, bad weather, museums closings…). No responsibility will be accepted for the loss or stealing of personal belongings in and out the vehicle during the tour. Corsica Wine Tours reserves the right to modify all or part of the itineraries if needed.

JURISDICTION CLAUSE

The Terms and Conditions are subject to French Law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or their execution must be brought before the Bastia Courts for arbitration.
