Private Wine Tours in Corsica
English-Guided & Fully Tailored
Discover Corsica with our English guided private wine tours in Bastia, saint Florent, Calvi, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and the Cap Corse.
Wine Tasting Tours in Corsica's Most Celebrated Regions
Corsica is one of France's most distinctive wine destinations, yet it remains surprisingly unknown. Nine AOC appellations, over 30 indigenous grape varieties, and a Mediterranean terroir unlike anywhere else in Europe.
Our private tours give you direct access to the winemakers, the vines, and the stories behind some of France's most unique bottles.
Each tour departs from your hotel or port in Bastia, Saint-Florent, Calvi, Île Rousse, Porto-Vecchio, or Bonifacio and takes you into the heart of a specific wine region. Your guide, a bilingual Corsican native, tailors every visit to your pace, your interest level, and your curiosity.
Choose Your Tour by Region
Whether you're based in the north near Bastia and Saint-Florent, exploring the Balagne coast around Calvi and Île Rousse, or staying in the south near Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio, there's a tour designed for where you are and what you love.
Corsica's most prestigious AOC, famed for Nielluccio reds, Vermentino whites, and Muscat dessert wines.
Calvi & Île Rousse
The Balagne appellation, coastal vineyards, and historic citadels.
Cap Corse
A dramatic peninsula with ancient wine traditions and the celebrated Muscat du Cap Corse.
Porto-Vecchio & Bonifacio
The wild south, with Sciaccarellu reds and exceptional rosés.
What to Expect on a Corsica Wine Tour?
Every tour is private meaning you'll never share the experience with strangers.
Tastings are arranged directly with winemakers, not tour-group tasting bars. Groups typically visit two to three estates depending on the type of tour, with time to ask questions, explore the vineyards on foot, and purchase bottles to take home.
For food lovers, our wine and food tours pair tastings with local charcuterie, artisan cheese, and traditional Corsican specialities.
For history enthusiasts, we weave in the island's rich past: Genoese towers, hilltop villages, and ancient Pisan churches — alongside the wines.
And for pure wine aficionados, we go deep: terroir, viticulture, vintage variation, and the winemakers themselves.
Any Questions?
Are the tours completely private?
Yes. Every tour is exclusively for your group whether you're a couple, a family, or a party of friends. You will never be grouped with other visitors.
Do I need to know about wine to enjoy the tours?
Not at all. Our guide calibrates every tasting to your level; From absolute beginners to experienced collectors. Many guests tell us it was their first real wine experience, and one of the highlights of their trip.
Where do the tours depart from?
We offer door-to-door service from most accommodations in Bastia, Saint-Florent, Calvi, Île Rousse, Porto-Vecchio, and Bonifacio. If you're arriving by cruise ship, we can also arrange port pick-up.
How long are the tours?
We offer both half-day (approximately 4 hours) and full-day tours (approximately 7–8 hours including lunch). Browse the listings below to find the format that suits your schedule.
Are the tours conducted in English?
Yes, all tours are guided in English by a bilingual native Corsican. French is also available if preferred.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements or requests?

EXCELLENT Based on 37 reviews Posted on Debbie AVerified A “must do”wine, history and cultural experience in Corsica. From the moment we first contacted Dominque to post excursion, this experience was amazing. Dominque picked us up in Calvi. His English is impeccable and his knowledge of the Corsican wines, and history is superb. His passion for his country is refreshing. In addition to two interesting wine visits, Dominque took us to Chez Leon, a special restaurant in the small village of Casteri for a traditional Corsican lunch experience. We look forward to a future wine visit with Dominique.Posted on HBS_18Verified Highlight of our trip to Corsica I really can't say enough wonderful things about Dominique and our time spent on his tour. If you enjoy wine and also want to learn about Corsica, book a tour with him immediately. He set up three wonderful tastings for us in the Patrimonio AOC (made even better because we went off-peak travel season where not much is open in general, but it was never an issue). In addition to learning all about wine, we also learned quite a great deal about Corsica too - which was wonderful as we really knew next to nothing about the island. It was truly such a special day and if we are ever back in Corsica, I won't hesitate to book another tour in an another region.Posted on JuniperBerry264Verified A wonderful day of wine and sightseeing Our wine tasting day was one of the highlights of our holiday. Dominique was incredibly knowledgeable not only about wine but also about Corsican culture, history and landscapes. I would wholeheartedly recommend Corsica Wine Tours for an amazing trip.Posted on Georgina181Verified Must do! We had a fantastic time on Dominique’s tour. He had incredible knowledge of both Corsican wine and culture. As wine beginners, we were made to feel very comfortable and able to ask lots of questions. This is a must do if in Northern Corsica for a few days. 2 very beautiful vineyards with delicious wine!Posted on Anna MVerified Exquisite wine tour Dominique was well informed and very personable. He had a lot of interesting facts to share about Corsican culture/ history and was very knowledgeable about wine as well. He made wine tasting very approachable and fun. The views from the car ride were incredible. Dominique also provided us with great recommendations for other parts of Corsica.Posted on Melissa PVerified Excellent wine tour with history, culture, and geography insights sprinkled throughout! Our family of four (including 18 and 20-yo daughters) had such a wonderful experience on our Corsica Wine Tour. We did the Cap Corse wine tour and Dominique customized the tour to include an extra stop at a Patrimonio winery. His experience living in multiple foreign countries (USA, England, Japan) really lends itself to connecting others to the unique culture and landscape of his home country, Corsica. We appreciated his ability to conduct the tour in English, and we learned so much from him about the history of Corsica, the terroir, the wine, and the culture.Posted on Meg FVerified A perfect afternoon of wine and history This was my favorite experience of the trip! We went to two wineries, toured Sartène, and learned about Corsican history. Truly incredible and unforgettable. Can’t recommend enoughPosted on Alison CVerified Fantastic host - memorable wines Dominique was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous host. He took us on an afternoon tour to visit two different wineries, and told us a huge amount about the history of Corsica on the way. It was a brilliant opportunity for us to see more of the island, and I will not forget the wonderful Patrimonio wines in a hurry. Quite simply a perfect afternoon!Posted on Peter KVerified Excellent Patrimonio and Cap Corse Wine Tours Corsica Wine Tours organised two full-day wine tours, into the Patrimonio and Cap Corse wine areas of Corsica. The tours and tastings provided an insight into local wine making and production, as well as historical and geographic context which enriched our trip to Corsica. For our outings in particular, Dominique kindly customised the tours to include specific producers (upon prior arrangement) and ensured the availability of vegan food options throughout both days. Dominique’s attention to detail and friendly manner added greatly to the experience. A commendable, fun and memorable experience.Posted on Tour29886318824Verified Great wine tour of Patrimonio We had the best time with Dominique and Corsica Wine Tours! His knowledge of Corsican history, the local vineyard practices, and regional wines really made the tour come alive. We left with a great appreciation not just for the wine but the people and history of the area. It was also wonderful to taste some really great wines of the Patrimonio area. I highly recommend Corsica Wine Tours and would happily take another tour! Thank you Dominique!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. He picked us up at our hotel, with all of our bags, and dropped us off at an AirBnb. He was incredibly flexible. He knew a lot about how the wine was made and the specific vineyards that we went to, and was very friendly and kind.
